Before we do any engraving we send out a proof; we do not engrave anything until we receive your approval. This removes the need for exchanges. Your approved proof is what we go off to engrave; we copy & paste your names/dates. Mistakes happen and we know that you may enter in a name/date incorrectly, but a new one free of charge is not possible. The most we can offer is a discount on an additional board.
Personalized & custom items are not returnable or refundable. Unless there is a mistake on our part (ie- spelling) or if the board is not structurally sound – we will not refund or replace.
If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) by sending an email to: drawersbd@gmail.com
Subject: RMA Receipt #
We may replace damaged, defective products or issue refunds as necessary on a case by case basis for your specific purchase. You have 15 days from your purchase date to report any issues with your products. A simple return will be accepted and we will provide you a full refund if you are not completely satisfied.
